Inspection on the coil breakdown generator 65MW
Stator was breakdown and found 1 coil bar melting, electrical discharge tracking was also identify at endwinding, after coil to be removed from the slot it’s confirmed that coil was experienced overheating and PD attack on the coil insulation, Dec 2-7, 2019
Rotor inspection after stator breakdown
Rotor inspection was performed after stator breakdown, rotor has been cleaned and heating at least 1 week with the latest temperature 54 degrees Celsius.
